LAUREL GLEN VINEYARD ESTATE
CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Laurel Glen Vineyard, a thousand feet up the slopes of Sonoma Mountain, has long been considered one of the iconic Cabernet vineyards of California. The wine from here is truly distinctive: complex, long-lived and beautifully balanced.  We farm our small mountain vineyard organically and all vineyard work is done by hand. Only the best lots from each harvest become our flagship wine, Laurel Glen Vineyard Cabernet.

LAUREL GLEN COUNTERPOINT
CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Meant to be enjoyed at the time of release, we make Counterpoint from the vineyard lots which display the most juicy, forward fruit and softest tannins.

LAUREL GLEN CRAZY OLD VINE ROSÉ

A single row of the original vines planted at Laurel Glen Vineyard in the 1880’s survives today. Starting with vintage 2012, what little fruit these old vines produce is pressed into a field blend Rosé, which we mix with Cabernet.  Half the wine is Cabernet Sauvignon; half is a mix of crazy old red varietals, many of which we can’t identify with any certainty!

LAUREL GLEN VINEYARD ‘THE LAUREATE’
CABERNET SAUVIGNON

David Ramey took over as consulting winemaker for Laurel Glen Vineyard shortly after the 2010 harvest. The Laureate, of which 87 cases were produced in 2010, is our tribute to David’s ideal of Cabernet . . . rich, powerful and unabashedly opulent. Our 1st release will be in November 2013.
