There are seven designated blocks on the 16-planted acres. Spacing and trellising varies from block to block. Being on the side of a heavily wooded mountain, our vineyard has an adequate supply of ground water throughout the summer, so the mature vines do not need irrigation. In 2011, viticulturist Phil Coturri assumed management of the vineyard. He has overseen the transition to organic farming.
